Sales Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any digital asset, in-game item, or NFT through Albus Paths, you agree to be bound by these Sales Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
2. Digital Asset Purchases
All purchases of ALB tokens, NFT characters, fragments, or other in-game assets are final. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, refunds cannot be issued once a transaction has been confirmed on the Sui network.
3. Gacha & Probability
Albus Paths does not guarantee any specific outcome from a single pull. Pity systems (hard pity at 200 pulls, SR guarantee every 10 pulls) are enforced on-chain and are immutable.
4. NFT Ownership
When you acquire an NFT through Albus Paths, you receive ownership of that token on the Sui blockchain. Albus Paths grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the associated art for personal, non-commercial purposes. Ownership of an NFT does not confer any intellectual property rights over the underlying artwork.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use purchased assets to engage in money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable law. Albus Paths reserves the right to freeze or void assets associated with accounts found in violation of these terms.
6. Price & Currency
All stablecoin prices (USDC/USDT) are denominated with 6 decimal precision on-chain. Final prices are displayed at checkout. Gas fees on the Sui network are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in listed prices.
7. Changes to Terms
Albus Paths reserves the right to update these Sales Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be announced via our official Discord and Twitter channels.
8. Governing Law
These Sales Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit relating to purchases made on this platform.
